The firm was founded by Irena Kleniewska, Ph.D., certified legal counsel with many years of relevant experience in judicial proceedings as well as teaching law and legislative work.

We are a team of professionals who have the ability to think strategically and to comprehensively look at the problems of our Clients. The law firm has been in the legal services industry for almost 15 years. The main seat of the law firm is Warsaw but we serve and represent Clients all over Poland.

Law is an art for us, which we continually create within the canvas of binding regulations. We are not afraid of difficult matters and unconventional solutions.

We have extensive professional experience gained in various industries, institutions, companies, associations and foundations. We deal with the negotiation of contracts, international market transactions, investment services and legal services for domestic and foreign entrepreneurs.

We help our Clients to go through family, professional and personal troubles. We stand to defend your rights, we represent in court disputes, we offer the best solutions in the most difficult situations of life.

Irena Kleniewska is a legal advisor and Doctor of Judicial Science (Ph.D.). She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Marie Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin (UMCS). She obtained the title of Doctor of Judicial Sciences at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She completed her bar training and passed the judicial exam. She attended postgraduate studies in cooperative law graduated from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (Spain) – Permanent Center for Cooperative Studies. She completed her international business and finance studies during postgraduate studies at New York University (USA). She worked as a lawyer in law firms in New York City. Since 2005 he has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. In Poland, there are two chambers of legal professionals – legal advisors’ and advocate’s. As of recently, members of both chambers have the same rights and obligations.

Dr. Kleniewska gained legislative experience as a member of the Commission for Reform of Civil Law, the Commission for Codification of Civil Law and the Legislative Council with the Prime Minister. She has extensive organizational and managerial experience. She sat on the supervisory boards of National Treasury companies.

Currently lectures on civil, family and international private law at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. In the past, for many years, she also taught classes on family and social law at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw and civil law for postgraduate property valuation students.
